Conformity to ISO 45001-2018
ISO 45001:2018 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, and gives guidance for its use, to enable organizations to provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving its OH&S performance.
ISO 45001:2018 is applicable to any organization that wishes to establish, implement and maintain an OH&S management system to improve occupational health and safety, eliminate hazards and minimize OH&S risks (including system deficiencies), take advantage of OH&S opportunities, and address OH&S management system nonconformities associated with its activities.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and us.
We invite clients, customers, users and visitors to Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as Compliancemanager.app.
(1) All Management Systems, documents, equipment and services provided by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app reserve all rights of use are reserved use,distribution, reproduction and changes are not permitted, rights of use may be removed without notice
Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as Compliancemanager.app contains content and user content. The content is licensed, not sold. Such content is protected by copyright laws
Unauthorised use of Management Systems, documents, equipment and services provided by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app will result in legal action and all legal costs incurred will be at your expense
In no event will Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as/and compliancemanager.app. be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance to any information provided or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of such damages.

You may use our Management Systems, documents, equipment and services within your authorized use of our services and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as Compliancemanager.app content and any copies are the intellectual property of Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as Compliancemanager.app content and all of its copies are licensed, not sold. The Compliancemanager.app content is protected by applicable law, including Australian copyright laws and international treaties.
You are not permitted and you agree not to: (i) copy or modify Management Systems, documents, equipment and services; (ii) transfer, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Management Systems, documents, equipment and services to any third party; (iii) transfer or make the Management Systems, documents, equipment and services available to multiple users through any means, (iv) disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Management Systems, documents, equipment and services, in whole or in part, or permit or authorise a third party to do so; or (v) otherwise exploit the Management Systems, documents, equipment and services.
12 month contract, monthly thereafter, termination of the contract will result in a payment of 50% of the remaining 12 month period
Invoices and statements must be disputed by the client within 14 days of issue, to continue using the services of Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as Compliance Manager is acceptance of the amounts charged and payments required
All hardware including tablets and cases remains the property of Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd trading as/and compliancemanager.app and must be returned in good condition
Replacement cost $450 each for damaged or lost tablets
Use Management Systems, documents, equipment and services provided by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app is prohibited without a current contract and payments are to be made as requested by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app
Unauthorised use of the “Compliance Manager App’’ system or ‘’WHS’’ documents from the system will be charged at the current market rate for the period of unauthorised use
Overdue payments will incur an interest charge of 2% per month
Any and all legal costs incurred to enforce these terms for the use of our Management Systems, documents, equipment and services provided by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app’ will be at your expense
Management Systems, documents, equipment and services provided by Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app will not change Bank accounts or payment procedures by email it is your responsibility to ensure all payments are to the correct account
Fraud invoicing is successful only when you change your processes and subsequently is a fraud against you at your expense
User content includes text, graphics, and other material and information that you upload or post to our services. All are managed by the user. Users have the ability to edit and modify all of their material before they are published to compliancemanager.app.
Mike Dalzell Pty Ltd and trading as compliancemanager.app do not grantee your content from loss, theft or mistakes through editing and deletion
You may only use compliancemanager.app in compliance with these Terms and conditions and applicable laws and regulations. Conduct that is harmful to us or others or that disrupts compliancemanager.app or its use by others is prohibited. Below we include several examples of prohibited conduct on compliancemanager.app;
Accessing, tampering with, or using other users’ accounts or any non-public areas of compliancemanager.app computer systems, or the technical delivery systems
Unauthorized monitoring of data or traffic on compliancemanager.app computer systems, or the technical delivery systems
Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any compliancemanager.app system or network, or breaching any security or authentication measures;
Circumventing any technological measure that protects compliancemanager.app
Removing any compliancemanager.app digital or software identifying tags, whether embedded or otherwise or whether visible or hidden;
Attempting to access or search compliancemanager.app or downloading content from compliancemanager.app through any means other than the access provided as a user or other generally available third party web browsers (for example, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari) or public search engines (for example, Google);
Sending or posting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, email, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or other form of solicitation
Using any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a compliancemanager.app trademark, logo, URL, or product name without our prior consent;
Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email, or in any way using compliancemanager.app or compliancemanager.app’ systems to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information;
Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer (except as permitted by law) any of the app used to provide compliancemanager.app and its content and services;
Interfering with the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, or overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing compliancemanager.app
Collecting, using or storing any personally identifiable information from compliancemanager.app users or visitors without their express informed consent;
Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with others;
Encouraging or enabling others to do any of the foregoing
We expect our users to act responsibly, respectfully, and lawfully on compliancemanager.app. You agree not to post content on your compliancemanager.app that, or the act of posting of which:
Is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, violent, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful to others
Violates the rights, including intellectual property rights, or the privacy of any other person

Constitutes hate speech or a personal attack

Impersonates or defames another person

compliancemanager.app allows you to submit information, images, videos, documents and files. Your submission of contributions to us is voluntary; your contributions are subject to the following terms
you warrant that your contributions do not violate any confidentiality obligations that you may have and that they do not contain proprietary rights of third parties
your contributions become the property of compliancemanager.app, and by submitting them on compliancemanager.app you assign to compliancemanager.app all your rights in and to them and waive any “moral rights” with respect to them
compliancemanager.app is free to disclose and use (or refuse to disclose or use) any contributions at its sole discretion
You are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind under any circumstances. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit any contributions to us or use the compliancemanager.app
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify compliancemanager.app and any services provided on it or to modify these Terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms and Conditions by posting the new Terms and Conditions on our website.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for termination of compliancemanager.app or termination of your use of it.
